Eligibility for Local Pickup

1. Who Can Use Local Pickup?

   • Local pickup is only available to Sneakers X Members with a membership card or approved customers.
   • If you’re a new customer, please note that you will not be able to select local pickup for your order until you’ve become a member or are approved for pickup.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

   • To qualify for local pickup, your order must meet a minimum purchase requirement. If your order is eligible for local pickup, you’ll be able to choose this option at checkout.

How to Buy with Local Pickup

1. Browse and Add Items to Your Cart

   • Start by browsing our extensive selection of sneakers and other footwear. Add your chosen items to your shopping cart.

2. Checkout and Select Local Pickup

   • At the checkout page, if you’re eligible for local pickup, you’ll be presented with the Local Pickup option.
   • Select Local Pickup as your preferred shipping method.

3. Complete Your Order

   • Once you’ve selected local pickup, proceed to complete your order by providing the necessary details and completing the payment process.
   • Please ensure that the billing and shipping address are correct.

What Happens After I Place My Order?

1. Order Confirmation

   • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, including details about your local pickup.
   • We’ll also notify you once your order is ready for pickup at our store.

2. Pickup Notification

   • After your order is processed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification indicating that your order is ready to be collected.

3. Pickup Timeframe

   • Orders placed for local pickup will generally be ready within 1–2 business days, depending on the availability of the items.
   • Please wait for the pickup notification before heading to the store to ensure that your order is prepared.

How to Pick Up Your Order

1. Go to the Store

   • Once your order is ready for pickup, you can visit our store location to collect your items.
   • Be sure to bring your membership card (if applicable) or a government-issued ID to verify your identity when picking up the order.

2. Pickup Hours

   • Our local pickup is available during our regular business hours:
     • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
     • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
     • Sunday: Closed

3. Pick Up Confirmation

   • When you arrive, please present your order details, and our staff will assist you in collecting your items. If you’ve received an email or WhatsApp notification, please show it for faster service.

• Local pickup is only available to Sneakers X members with a membership card or approved customers. If you’re not yet a member, you will need to sign up before choosing this option.

Q: Is there a fee for local pickup?

• No, local pickup is completely free of charge. It’s an option available to customers located in Johannesburg who meet the eligibility requirements.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be ready for pickup?

• Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. You will be notified once your order is prepared and available for collection.

Q: Can I change my mind and have my order delivered instead of picking it up?
