Returns & Refunds

At Sneakers X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • The product must not have been worn or damaged, and the box should not be damaged.
