1. How to Access Your Receipt

You can easily obtain your receipt copy directly from your account. Here’s how:

1. Log in to Your Account

   • Go to the Sneakers X homepage and click on Log In at the top right.
   • Enter your email and password to access your account.

2. Go to Your Order History

   • Once logged in, click on your Profile (top right corner) and select Order History from the dropdown menu.
   • This will display a list of all your previous orders.

3. Select the Order

   • Find the order for which you need a receipt copy. Click on the order number to open the details.

4. Download Receipt

   • At the bottom of the order details page, you will find an option to Download Receipt or View Receipt.
   • Click on the link to download your receipt as a PDF file.
