    • Local Orders (Within South Africa): We offer free delivery within Johannesburg on orders over R1500. For the rest of South Africa, orders over R2700 will be shipped for free.
    • For orders below the threshold, standard shipping fees will apply depending on the delivery location and weight of the items. The cost will be displayed at checkout.
  2. Payment Processing Fees

    • Bank Transfer: We do not charge any fees for payments made through bank transfer.
    • PayPal: There are no additional fees for payments via PayPal; however, PayPal may charge a small transaction fee for international payments depending on your account’s settings.
    • Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard/Visa): We do not charge any fees for card payments; however, your bank or card issuer may apply foreign exchange or transaction fees if applicable.
  3. Refund Fees

    • Refund Processing: In general, we do not charge any fees for processing refunds. However, if a refund is requested for a payment method such as PayPal or a credit card, the original processing fee may not be refunded. Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
  4. Restocking Fees

    • For items returned for reasons other than defects or errors in the order (such as change of mind), a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Access Your Orders: You can view a comprehensive list of all orders you’ve placed with Sneakers X by logging into your account. This will display your order details, payment status, shipping information, and any relevant tracking numbers.
    • Download Order History: You can download your full order history for tax, personal tracking, or other purposes.
  2. Payment History

    • All payments made to Sneakers X can be accessed in your account dashboard under “Payment History.” This will include:
      • Payment method used (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Mastercard/Visa)
      • Amount paid
      • Payment status (Completed, Pending, Failed)
    • Invoices: Download invoices for your purchases directly from the order confirmation page or your account dashboard. This helps keep track of your spending and serve as proof of payment for your records.
  3. Refund Reports

    • If you’ve requested a refund, you can track its status through your account dashboard. This includes the refund amount, the payment method used for the refund, and the expected timeline for the refund to be processed.
  4. Rewards and Discounts Report

    • As a member or repeat customer, you can also access reports on the rewards and discounts you have earned through our loyalty program. This helps you keep track of your savings and points accumulation.

3. Reporting for Vendors and Partners

For vendors, suppliers, or business partners working with Sneakers X, we provide detailed reporting on orders, payments, and sales performance.

  1. Sales Report

    • Vendors will receive a sales report summarizing the number of units sold, total revenue, and payment status. Reports are sent via email on a weekly or monthly basis.
  2. Payment Report

    • We provide a detailed report of all payments made to vendors, including the amount paid, payment date, and payment method (Bank Transfer or PayPal). Payments will be processed according to the agreed-upon terms.
  3. Refund and Return Report

    • Vendors will also receive reports regarding any returns or refunds related to their products. This helps track inventory and manage product returns.

4. How to Access Your Reports

To access your personal or vendor reports, simply follow these steps:

  1. For Customers:

    • Log into your account on the Sneakers X website.
    • Navigate to the Account Dashboard where you’ll find sections for Order History, Payment History, Refunds, and Rewards.
    • You can view or download reports as needed.
  2. For Vendors:

    • Log into your vendor portal (if you have access) or contact the Sneakers X partnership team.
    • Reports related to sales, payments, and refunds will be made available for download directly from the portal or sent via email.

Q: Are there any hidden fees for shipping or payments?

  • No, we provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and payment methods do not incur any additional charges, except where applicable by third-party services such as PayPal or your bank.
