Tracking your item

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification with a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partners. Depending on your shipping method (local or international), you can track your item with the appropriate courier.

  1. Check Your Email or WhatsApp
    • After your order has been dispatched, look for an email or WhatsApp message from us with your tracking number. This will also include a link to the courier’s tracking page.
  2. Track Your Order Using the Tracking Link
    • Simply click on the tracking link included in the message or visit our Track Your Order page to enter your tracking number. This will direct you to the courier’s website where you can view real-time updates on the location and delivery status of your order.

Tracking Your Local Order (Within South Africa)

If you’ve selected Courier Guy for local deliveries within South Africa, you can use the tracking number to check your order status through the Courier Guy website.

  1. Go to the Courier Guy Tracking Page.
  2. Enter your tracking number in the designated field.
  3. Click Track to see real-time updates on your order’s location and estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your International Order

For international orders, we ship with DHL or FedEx. Both services offer detailed tracking of your package as it moves through the international shipping process.

  1. Visit the DHL Tracking Page or the FedEx Tracking Page depending on the carrier used for your order.
  2. Enter your tracking number.
  3. Check the status of your international shipment, including transit updates and estimated delivery times.

What If I Can’t Track My Order?

If you’re having trouble tracking your order or if the tracking information is not updating, please ensure the following:
